I came in for a headlight bulb change my appointment was at 8 I was there on time a hour later I went to see if there was a problem then Jessica tell me the bulb not covered by warranty and she need authorization from me to fix it she was more worried about answering the phone than customers that was in front of her

I made an appointment to get an oil change for Saturday at 1 pm. I took off work cutting my hours back to get my oil changed on time. After getting there on Saturday, after about 15 mins, they came to tell me that they would not be able to change my oil due to not having the oil filter in stock. Maybe a better idea would be to check to see if you have all of the materials on hand before making an appointment for someone to come in. Wasted my time and money, now my oil change is overdue and wasn't told when it could be done.
