Great service! The young woman who checked me, was friendly and personable. She even vaccumed the drivers side carpet; it was pretty messy! I didn’t expect that.

My complaint is very minor — I just had a hard time hearing my tech on the phone when I was receiving the information about what was wrong with my car. It sounded like she was far away from the phone or maybe on speaker phone or maybe had the receiver partly covered with her hand. We’ve gone to other dealerships that would send a report via email and then we could decide what work to get done or not get done and send the email back, which would have been very helpful for me since I wasn’t really sure what I was agreeing to. Please consider adding the email service at some point.
