Kendra was extremely rude and unprofessional. Nathan was only slightly better. They kept passing my phone call back and forth to each other. There is a KIA dealership a few miles from our house in Edmond but since we’ve been customers of Bob Moore Dodge since 2006, we decided to go there. Someone from the parts department was supposed to call me last week and let me know if a part I needed was in stock but that never happened. Everything was very unorganized. I felt unappreciated as a customer and pressured to do things right at that very moment . They fixed the recall issues and I left. I will not be back to this KIA dealership in the future.
Mike so I called to speak to the server manager. Unfortunately I was not Satisfied with the over all outcome. I had a piece of my car break off didn’t have the car anymore than two weeks tried to use the handle and it broke they said that wasn’t covered under warranty the way it looked it was already broken maybe before or something but that was the first time it had been used and it broke off. If this small part can’t be covered then what happens when something even bigger happens not impressed with the service. I have used **** Moore for two other vehicles a Range Rover and a GMC pickup both **** Moore places never had any issues at all.
