Nathan was most helpful he went out of his way to help chase down the problem with my van in a timely manner! He listened to me as I explained about the problem and told me I could call him if I had any further problem. He really seemed to care about helping me!
It was nice going into a dealership and not being treated like another number....Nathan Powers has a great customer service attitude. He is personable gave his undivided attention to you with a kind smile. He listened to you and repeated what you needed done on your personal vehicle, he kindly offered and did not push like a salesman on other things concerning the vehicle. Was my first visit since I purchased my vehicle, and I was so happy with the nice clean waiting, and service area. The employees were very friendly, and the wait time was less than expected.
Nathan was great! He kept me up to date on the status of my car. He was very considerate of my time as I had an appointment I had to leave for, he made sure I was able to leave on time. He also made sure to find my service package, something that I had been previously told would be my responsibility to provide every visit. Nathan made sure he was able to confirm that before moving forward with service. I hope to have him help me again in the future.
Bob Moore had an opportunity to to gain our service business on our new Kia Soul. They however chose not to, I nor my family will ever go to Bob Moore again. All our Kia service business will go to one of the other half a dozen Kia dealers in the aria.
Very good experience! My recall was done as I waited, and completed quickly. Nathan was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
I do have a suggestion however. As the car was driven into the shop, I noticed a brake light was out, and asked that it be checked. I was told that I did, in fact need a bulb, and that it would be $45 to replace it. I later had it replaced at AutoZone for $5 and free installation.
I understand the need to make a profit, but I'd suggest making a simple, particularly safety related, operation such as this, as much of a courtesy as possible.
