Had a 730am appt but waited until 1045am for a simple diagnostic. No work done. Last time my husband walked out because it took so long for a simple oil change. They never even pulled the car back an hour and a half after appt time. Waaaayyy too slow.
Everytime service has been performed on my car, it has been professional and curtious thank you.
My experience with kia as a whole as been awful, didn't help that you were not even aware of the reason my car was towed there when it came from another kia dealership!!
Complementary car wash N/C does not get done. Also had a quote on my brake job at 236.00 they added 20.00 misc. charge. Thanks

Upon further review, after leaving the dealership for the MPI or Diag that was done on my vehicle I really was unsatisfied and confused about the integrity of this inspectionI. I was handed a $8000 quote so my mind really couldn't get off anything else but that number. I could have asked questions and I did but not enough. Although there wasnt any attempt to try and help me understand this quote. Looking at it with a clearer mind I see things that got written on here that I know i've gotten changed or done my self. Also having two issues written down and all they both say is "air bag light". One's quoted for $1200 and the other for $600 with no description as to why I would be charged that much. I've also had my tires depth measured somewhere else and even I know myself by looking at them that they aren't good. But here on the MPI sheet they're listed as good. I asked about a code in my system already knowing what needed to be changed and when I came back to pick up my car I was told this was also relating to the accident. I dont understand how the VCM was afftected by it as even the intake manifold was untouched. Just a lot of unclear integrity as to what can be fixed under warranty. Also i was still charged nearly $400 for labor cost during the inspection. I was sure MPI's are a lot cheaper than this and if it was a diag I dont feel comfortable knowing where to go from here as they basically just told me well everything is somehow "relating" to the accident so we cant fix a single thing on your car. If there was more description to the "diag" sheet I got i'd probably feel more comfortable knowing where to go from here. Instead it feels like I took my car in just to have them charge me for having it there, to then tell me things I already know about the car and finally having me feel like im being overcharged. I want to feel like a happy Kia owner leaving there but instead I just felt like another dollar sign walking through the door for them.

Advertised as a 30 minute oil change took over two hours when I was scheduled as the first appointment of the day. None of the service people were happy or friendly or even tried to speak. They only spoke in two word sentences.
Nathan was awesome, super courteous and I felt like he listened and heard my needs.
Scheduling on the internet does not work. Not convenient to schedule appointments anymore.
