There was a pretty long wait time with no contact from anyone while I was waiting, the customer service at the service counter has gone significantly downhill. The staff at the counter are not friendly or welcoming. I go to Bob Moore out of convenience but would consider traveling farther to a different dealership if needed for better service and customer service. The past 3 times I have needed to bring my car in, I have had negative experiences every time.

Work was done at a decent price. Not sure tires were rotated or the computer was set for engine protection. Not on invoice.

Radio screen should be under warranty for factory defect. Called a month ago to set up scheduled appointment to get car looked at. I had to call multiple times. More hassle than usual since last time warranty item was fixed. It was something I do not wish to deal with again. I am not paying $1000 to replace a radio. Rep did not even try to see if there was any alternate ideas to resolve issue.
