My experience with Richard Juarez at Norm Reeve’s Ford Cerritos was exceptional. Richard listened and noted all of my concerns with the vehicle. I picked up my Ford Expedition and it was a brand new car. All of the issues I was having with my vehicle were repaired. I was very happy with the service and the reasonable price for all repairs.

Mr. Rudolph Wilson was fast, efficient, friendly, and you definitely need to give him a raise. Also, Angel out in the front waiting area kept me full informed, even though I was there for just a little over an hour, and I even spoke with a manager on duty to tell them how efficient and friendly and how I have used Fords my entire life since I bought a Ford Pinto in 1976 with my own money when I was 16, then a Ford Mustang convertible 1986 and drove it until the day it died. I now have a 2017 Ford escape which I love but it’s getting old not very many miles on it.
Savannah was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She communicated with me every step of the way and ensured the issues with my vehicle were resolved in an adequate manner.
