1. The keyless entry was not functioning on all doors, only the driver's door was functioning and not sensitive enough. It was fixed by a new battery installed. 2. Free car wash service is done. Inside and outside.

My scheduled appointment was at 8 AM. I was there for an oil change. I finally got up and asked if my car is anywhere near ready. It is now a few minutes to 10 AM. It should not take two hours to get serviced when you have an appointment and you see other people arriving and leaving that got there after you. I saw other representatives come over and let customers know what was going on with their service. I left without a car wash. I chose to pay more and get my oil change with your dealership. I’m thinking I should just go somewhere else next time.
