Josue was great to work with, helped me decide what service to get done, and gave me an accurate estimate for how long it would take (actually your team did even better and beat the estimated time) Great work. Even though I’m not in warranty anymore I feel that Norm Reeves will always be the best place for me to get work done on my VW.

Service staff was rude and condescending. He didn’t want to listen to the problem I’m facing and he was asking to pay the diagnostic fee up front before taking the car in. He pretty much tried to dismiss the issue telling me that the problem I’m facing is normal with the car model I had and recommended I don’t do diagnostics. I asked him that I just bought the car 1 month ago and this should not be the issue with the brakes this soon and asked to waive the fee since it’s a recent purchase he refused and continued to demand the fee. I had to speak with the sales manager who was kind enough to agree to waive it. Service staff then only offered me one way uber drive and I asked him then how do I come back. He started talking loud almost yelling saying I have to figure it out or I can wait but he’s not sure how long and that it might take the whole day. For real VW how do you expect your customers to go around with one way uber ride. Common sense is 2 ways ride like any other reputable car dealership.alrhough wheb he came back he said all good with brakes I feel like they found an issue fixed it and didn’t disclose as the drive now feels different. I’m a very unhappy customer.

Absolutely world class service from the moment I called to make an appointment to when I was leaving the dealership after my car was done being serviced. Renato was professional and friendly, and made the entire process smooth as can be with transparent communication and he even had the car finished hours before expected. This is the kind of service department I have been looking for, will be going here exclusively and referring friends and family as well. Thank you guys!

My OBD2 scanner brought up new problems as soon as I left. Also was the first time I’ve paid over a grand at the dealership and not gotten a car wash out of it. Prices were insane for parts. — Something like $120 to install 2 lightbulbs I replaced for 5 dollars in 3 minutes at Autozone afterwards. Also, never picked up the VVT valve issue I knew about before coming in. I appreciate the videos, but a simple scan tells you about the converters and then the video of the whole mid-exhaust system while stating, “recommending to replace” doesn’t tell me if I’d be paying for primary or secondary converters or whole new system. — Not to mention how nice it would’ve been to know if the o2 sensors were even checked to see if that could’ve been why both codes were suddenly showing up as well. Whole experience felt like a low effort shakedown with a smile.

Came in with a leaking tire and they took all day to replace the valve, only for it now to be leaking MORE. putting me in danger. Horrible service and will never come back. An embarrassment to VW.

Renato was kind, professional and patient (with my “ dumb” questions on his to use the radio!!) although 62 mikes from my house, I don’t mind the drive as long as trust and confidence is built ( it affords me the time to visit my brother in Newport Beach!!)
