B17 service (less tire rotation as requested) was done correctly and the price was reasonable - 5 stars. Service appointment was made for 3 pm; I arrived a few minutes early and the service lanes were full. The work was completed at 5:45 pm, somewhat longer than anticipated - I waited for the car. I’ll wait for an early AM appointment next time.

The Service Advisor was very professional and exceptionally courteous (I also observed his courtesy with an elderly customer who needed assistance). We should all follow is example. Additionally, the service department completed the work quickly even though I did not have an appointment. I was very satisfied with my experience.
