I was not completely satisfied. After being there for almost 5 hours and spending 1100$, I was disappointed that my car was dirty when I approached. I have always felt like I receive the white glove treatment at a Honda dealership. I had also heard several other customers being told, “your car is all ready for you now and we washed your car as well” I was quite surprised to see my dirty car awaiting me. I did go back in and inquire about this, stuff did say, “well if you want us too (way the car) we can”. Kathi Workheiser ****-****-xxxx

Michael was an amazing Contact in-service and provided me with so much information. Not only did he keep me informed and help me with the roadside insurance I had he made sure every step of the way I knew what was going on. I always get good service here, but this was exceptional.
