We live in Cape Coral Florida and were so impressed with the customer care over the years. Your company has set that bar so high that other Honda dealers should train there to see how to do things correctly. Michael got our tire replaced, and it was done quickly. He had our vehicle vaccummed as well and that was a great surprise. Give Michael and the others a raise as employees like this are very difficult to find

Michael was personable and responsive to my maintenance needs. I was a bit disappointed at the increased price for a simple oil change and tire rotation as it is now twice as expensive as it was a couple of years ago. Customer service was very good and all questions answered quickly.

My latest experience at Norm Reeves Honda was truly exceptional as it has been each and every visit there in the last few years. Michael was one of an incredible team of professionals…. from the young man who met us as I drove my car into the service area to Robert Smith in sales, Deedee who booked my appointment and greeted me upon arrival and Miranda who efficiently processed the transfer of our Honda that had lived a long life.
