Experience was less than stellar Communication was poor. I had to initiate every contact to check on what work was needed, whether or not parts came in and to see if vehicle was ready for pick up.Requested wheel bearing be replaced at write-up, but was still charged for diag. $770 for a wheel bearing replacement and oil change far exceeded reasonable pricing. Service advisor provided "canned" answers when asked for explanations. Later found out that advisor was Service Manager's son...go figure. You guys are robbing people and you're not even professional about it. Never received a survey from Honda so I'm sure email was altered to prevent it from being sent. I wouldn't have filled it out as a courtesy to your store as I am a 20 year Operations Director at a Honda store in New England. Your organization definitely has some work to do.

Everything went well. Didn’t take long at all. The only complaint I have is when I originally called to have my car serviced I got someone that text me and said she would have a service person call me well no one called me ( twice) the last time I called I ended up with a person in California who was more professional and was able to get me an appointment. I was ready to give up and call another Honda store.

You folks at Norm Reeves Honda are great to deal with a special thanks to Tyler Smith who went above and beyond in helping me out with my car problem. He is a special guy could not have been any kinder and helpful.
