Mr. Smith was not there at 8 am when dropping off my car. Another lady checked me in. When picking up my car Mr. Tyler told me my car was in the car lane….problem is it was blocked in and I had to come back in to ask them to move the car in front of me to get out. Not real organized. It took hour and a half to get oil change and tires rotated. Everyone was nice.

The actual repair job that the service department did is a great job and they did it fast.. My issue was with My service representative. Is buried I could have gone to any Honda dealership in the area and I chose to come to you guys and give you a chance. When I got there I asked the service representative how much it would cost to have my tires rotated while I was while I was there. She said 2499 plus tax text. When it was time for me to check out I saw that the dealership's snuck in it hes the dealership'snuck in a $2 miscellaneous charge. I realize these are hard times and everyone is hurting but I'm a man of principalities.. I wasn't very happy about the $2 charge especially when I had already had given you my business for a bigger job. On top of that there was no communication apparently I missed an appointment that was supposed to be for me on Monday morning but no they morning but no one ever contacted me from Honda or from Mike's auto body class. I had to take off time to do this today Tuesday from work. So I was inconvenienced and I know $2 isn't much but that's Not much but I'm not a fan of how dealerships try to sneak in charges

Tyler was very knowledgeable & explained a few things about our Odyssey that we weren’t aware of. He also explained what our warranties covered & advised us when to expect our next maintenance checkup. He was friendly but very professional. Nice to do business with.
