I felt as if the guy was somewhat condescending and a smart mouth. I wanted my car vacuumed (front driver and passenger side). This is a service that has always been provided with service (oil changes as well). He told me if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes they could do it.. His smart tone was not called for. I was there in November and they explained they give vouchers for a car wash but they did vacuum my car then. I have been a customer there for over 10 years. My family also are customers there. I’ve never ever been treated rudely there until today.,
