Maintenance needed notification was left on after service. My husband finally saw a video on line that demonstrated how it could be reset. This saved an additional trip for service to get this reset. But it took him several tries and a lot of time. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the work done.

Although you were extremely busy on Tuesday I was dealt within a reasonable amount of time. After a couple of hours it was deemed that because of a personal situation in that I could not leave my sick husband any longer John suggested a loaner car. I picked up my vehicle the next afternoon. He remembered that I had my husbands wheelchair in auto and offered to get it out for me. As a full time Florida resident and customer who purchased my auto from you and have continued to have maintenance checks I don't think I would schedule when "snowbirds" have arrived and make wait times longer!!

I had a 10:15 appointment the car was still in line at 11:15 l I thought you were going to perform a car wash? if you did why did you leave all the dirt on the car and oily hand prints on the door. I talked to the manager and he said you might wait that long at the MD office, but let me remind you that you guys are not Doctors!
