I was not aware of emails being sent during the time of service. I found after the fact that there was a "yellow" status on my coolant. Had the communication been by text, I would have been aware that there was an additional service I could have had done while I was there. I will have the service done during my next visit, but being informed when checking in would have been appreciated. Overall, though, I have been satisfied with your service.

Tyler made the entire experience from the initial phone call to picking up my car wonderful. He was professional knowledgeable and extremely personable this was probably the best visit I’ve ever had there and the best experience. I certainly will fill out a survey
