I never completed the survey. It asked me if I wanted a free trade in quote. I said no and it says "we are excited you were completely satisfied" with the service rep. I was indeed happy with John and the service provided, however I was there for 2 hours even though I had an appt scheduled for basic maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, air filter change. Though I was thankful John offered for them to do car wash it took them 45 additional minutes to complete it, I later realized they were also vacuuming my front seats area. Overall I'm happy with the service.

We were heading out for our journey home the next day and hadn’t found help from two other businesses closer to our Florida location. I have always been impressed with the service I have received from Honda (in Newmarket, Ontario, and Fort a Myers Honda, Florida. I was thrilled to be able to have my CR-V repaired in such a timely fashion!! Can’t thank the people at Norm Reeves Honda enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
