Joe was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. I cannot thank him enough. He explained to me in detail what to do with my vehicle since the previous repairs were done somewhere else. I appreciate him taking his time to explain my options instead of rushing me out or making me pay a lot of money for something that was covered under warranty somewhere else. He saved me over $700. I think that charging me $43 to plug a hole in a tire was ridiculously high. In the past I have paid an independent business around $10 for a similar service. With appreciation factored in I feel that the charge for this service should not have exceed $20-$25.

I came in for an oil change not expecting the service rep telling me my brakes were locked up I think, every time I come in with a car you guys say I have a problem, so I reached out to someone I know at Mohawk Honda so they can check to see if my brakes we’re having a problem when I bought the car which is less than a year but I am very very disappointed and feeling like you guys are taking advantage of my service And especially in a year like this
