They turned off my automatic lights and didn’t let me know. I could’ve gotten a ticket or gotten in an accident. Changing driver settings is dangerous. Other than that the service was quick and helpful; even repaired a recall. Joe Wiley was very friendly and helpful.

To this my concern , The service girl that I worked with she was awesome she had answers to questions and knew what she was talking about. The reason why I don’t always bring my car to the dealership to get work done is because of the labor price it crazy. Your prices for parts are far. So I go back and forth with my mechanic. And other thing is your car supposed to get washed every time you get something done? Keep in mind I have never been able to leave your service area without spending over $200.00 or more. Even if I only go in there for a oil change. Something else is always wrong with my car and my bill is always more then when I started. But There has been two different times I have gone out to my car and it has not been washed. So I was just wondering if there was a price point. Thank you for your time
