I’ve been bringing my vehicle there for years ,usually things get solved & fixed . Before driving my vehicle to your shop the other day . I experienced a sudden engine shudder ( kinda like starving for fuel ) & the check engine light came on . I called you guys to drop it off . On the way to your shop the truck was acting fine but I didn’t like the fact the engine light was on .You guys pulled codes & did something , but were unable to solve the problem . I chose to take it to a Ford dealer , cause that’s their specialty. I paid for yours guys time & drove my truck the Ford dealership . I’m not sure what was done to my truck at your shop , but it drove horrible on the way to the Ford dealer ( nothing like what it had when I dropped it off ) I’m not sure on what to think at this point about taking my vehicles back to your shop . Not excited paying for what I did to have it looked only to have my vehicle drive worse on the way to another mechanic
