Mat told me what was wrong with my Jeep. He told me that parts were on back order. He told me about the cost to repair. He handle everything and kept me informed when parts came in and when the car was fixed. Was very happy with service with Mat.

It took a week to get my car back after a vehicle prompted me for an update on my radio. When I got my car my Sirius radio was not working and my phone was not synced either. No one told me that there might be issues after replacing my radio/ navigation system. The replacement radio does not look like my original radio and the finish also doesn’t look like what I originally had in my Gladiator. If someone would have explained this to me when I picked up my vehicle I might have been more understanding. Not really pleased with overall quality of service this time.
Matt is consistently informative amd friendly. It's always nice to see him when I have to bring in my car.
