I just checked my previous paperwork from 11/20 and I received a new air filter then. Jill told me they never replaced my filters so today I paid and had them replaced. So in essence I got a new air filter and didnt actually need it. The mechanic should have told me that.

My car isn't fixed. I just spent $1200 for nothing because it's doing the same thing it was doing when I took it in. Did the tech even drive the car before and after the work was done?? I normally have 100% trust in you guys but after this I don't know.

Vehicle was miss diagnosed had to contact Chrysler told me it was the tippin I said ok then that wasn't it then said it was the ecm that wasn't it then you had to reach out to Chrysler charged me 1530 dollars left the car with the low tires sensor was on couldn't even put air in tires or wash it bunch of parts changers I will be contacting Chrysler directly I would never buy a vehicle hear ever and I'm in the market I will be buying a new Toyota because of my experience with dave Warren will also let Chrysler know this totally discussed wait till the review I put on your site comes out
$1266 for lower control arms and bolts is crazy and after tire rotation truck was further out of alignment than before. Over six hours and two hundred dollars to have my truck come out worse.
