This in regards to 2017 tahoe I brought in to have front alignment. Due to it pulling to the right. I have new tires on it and have a long trip and didn't want to wear ony winter tires.. as I am driving it today the tahoe is still pulling to the right . Not sure who did the alignment,but not happy, they had also forgot to list the spec s of the alignment when they started,only when done. This does not help with what was done. I will not be available to have this resolved before I leave today. Please have someone contact me thank you. N Maxine Phanco

I had a 1:00 appointment to have 4 winter tires put on my truck. I was there 3 hours before my truck was done. Should not take 3 hours to have that work completed.

I thought having my exhaust looked at and be given an estimate of what needed to be done was free of charge. Was surprised when charged $70.00 to get an estimate. That was the first time in about the 12 years or so that I’ve been buying and leasing cars from dodge that has happened. Other than that I am as always pleased with your service.I have always had great service and am very happy with my experiences with you. My lease is up in a couple months and I hope to continue doing business with you. Thank you.

Had to take vehicle back cause repairs weren’t done right....I feel I was over charged and they picked my vehicle up in the morning and didn’t even call me about the problems til 4pm which it doesn’t take 8 hrs to see if my brakes were bad very disappointed will not be having service done again

The tire low air showed on the display. Could they not have put air in the tires during the oil change? Don't they do a quick look over of the vehicle? Shunts did, they even vacuumed complimentary. Glad my son is a Chrysler certified tech, he will take care of me

Out of three service appointments I've had at DW, all three had glitches, two requiring that I drive back to the dealership (an hour each way). Today, they were supposed to put my snow tires on. I made that clear when I made the appt and when I brought it in. I got home today and found they hadn't done that, but only had rotated the tires, so I have to drive back in tomorrow to get it done. The time before was an oil change, and when I drove afterwards, it sounded like the exhaust system had gone bad. When I called, I was assured that it was just the engine being "broken in". But after a week of too much noise, I brought it back and they found that some lid hadn't been put back on right. The first service appt was for an oil change only- I didn't ask for anything else. But after a two hour wait, I found they also had rotated the tires. I hope it's just me and not other customers- I'd hate to think that this is the normal level of service. For comparison, I had been going to Rock City Dodge in Little Valley since 1985, and through dozens and dozens of service appts, they didn't mess up once.
