I wanted to buy a car. No one would call me back. I had to put in significant effort to buy a car. Emailing, and calling several times to get a response. And you send this text saying, if you have any questions contact us. I had one question about the seeming lack of engine braking capability, and got a very disinterested response. Given these experiences, and the issues my car seems to have, I'll never buy another land rover.

I was not thrilled that I made an appointment a week in advance and was not able to get a curtsey vehicle when the dealers down south always mark sure to provide that. I had to pay for a rental car that was just a normal generic car which is not right for a car problem that I shouldn’t have to fix when my car is only a year old and has barely any mileage.

It was a pleasure working with Ben. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He is very friendly and professional. He is very passionate about what he does and he loves what he does and you can feel that from the way he treats his customers. He provides updates about the vehicle every step thru the way. He listens to the customers concerns and ensures that they are heard and the problem is fixed. I had a unique experience as I had to bring my car in for service 3 times, because of a soft noise that was very hard to locate. When I called Ben the last time, he had already made a plan on how to identify the problem. When we brought the car in we had the lead technician in the car with us so he could identify the noise. The promised us that the car would be fixed in less than a week and they fulfilled their promise. Shout out to Ben and the Livermore technician team.
