Daniel is efficient, friendly, and always makes sure that I am satisfied and. taken care of during any service on my vehicles.
First off, thank you very much for picking up/ dropping off the vehicle. That to me made it feel like first class service. A suggestion made by my wife that I hadn’t thought about; With our other vehicles (Audi and Mercedes) when it is brought in for service, they do a quick clean of the interior (dash and floor boards of the driver/ passenger side) and exterior of the vehicle. My only suggestion would be to add that to your scope when vehicles are brought in for service.
That said, I appreciate the service you provided. Including how well Cindy communicated where we stood with pick up/ drop off.

My vehicle started but after taking it back from Jaguar I noticed it didn’t start and it turns out that fuel pump isn’t working ? How did that happen when that wasn’t the problem and it didn’t appear in the diagnosis i got. I don’t know If someone touched and forgot about it but I need answers this wasn’t a problem till after Jaguar touched it.
The repair, which was determined to be a software update, to the entertainment/audio system did not fix the problem. Also. I made the appt several weeks in advance to correspond with loaner car availability. I understand that things change but I wasn’t real thrilled with being shifted to the off site rental car. Which entailed a ride in an Uber which I have been completely avoiding because of Covid, and also a choice of a very small car or a massive pickup truck.
The only reason I go there is for Daniel and only him. People

Your guys were unable to diagnose the issues with the wind noise on the front passenger window. Turns out it was just folded over itself.
Loan car was very dirty, lots of dog hair on the seats. With the pandemic, it would be nice if they clean the car after every customer use.
Took 3 weeks, felt I got the run around. Got a look at the hours billed and the car there 3 weeks and only like a total of 2 days worked on it. It wasn’t until Alex got involved that it got fix
