This was the first time that I had service done at your dealership I normally go to Niello Jaguar in Sacramento. I was extremely impressed with the customer service that I received from Ben. You are blessed to have him. As I said to Ben when my Jaguar was done with the service I will definitely be back. Thank you again.

I continuously bring my $70k vehicle in for speaker issues, my Ford fusion and Toyota Tacoma have better speakers. On my previous visit, they did not fix the speakers and damaged the grill on the speaker. The dealership wanted me to pay $2500 for a new door panel. You must be joking. They said I should of brought it to there attention at the time of the previous visit. I dont have time to keep coming to the dealer.......So, am I satisfied you ask, No!

It seems as if I keep checking my car in every four months. It’s just turned five years old. And every time I bring it in I’m told it’s just a problem of that years make. I’m very disillusioned I would not recommend anybody to buy a land rover

Service experience with Dan was great. Whoever sends the text messages is great with very fast replies. I do have a suggestion/complaint. I could not access the repair order report and that was annoying because it didn't recognize my phone number. It sure recognizes it when I want to make an appointment though!
