Daniel did a great job. He was excellent. I was telling him you all should go visit Concord BMW Service Deptt. I would expect the same for RR. Their check in, service and check out system is highly efficient. Also their loaners are immaculate, a all new cars. I have had 2 loaners from RR And one was full of dog hair and the most recent one was dirty inside and out. BMWs service is very efficient and professional also when you get your car back it is cleaned vacuumed and tires/Rims cleaned. Also they are very honest. Not saying RR isnt honest but Concord BMW puts the customer first. I am not complaining About my recent service it was fine and satisfactory I just think you guys have room for improvement especially when I compare it to Concord BMW

The dealer told me the extended warranty and ppm were free, because they had a "land rover coupon." However they attempted to charge me almost $6000 for both of these items.

I came in with a concern about the coolant level in the vehicle. The sensor was activating with a “check coolant level” message. Knowing this would be a serious issue left untended, I asked your service dept to check it and do a routine oil change if necessary, which includes topping off all fluids. I specifically told the service agent I wanted the least amount of service necessary - I just wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. After all, it had just been in for routine service in July (or thereabout). I was extremely frustrated to have the service technician say there was nothing wrong and all levels were fine, but the sensor for the coolant had a malfunction so it would just continue to alert for no reason. And he went through with the service even though it didn’t need it. His response was “better now than later, right?” This is an extremely entitled point of view. It’s not better for me to spend $283 dollars now that I could have spent on my groceries, phone bill, or my kids birthday or Christmas presents this month. Perhaps your “typical” RR customer has cash to spare, but this single mom definitely doesn’t. December in a pandemic is NOT the right time to be taking people’s money for services they don’t actually need. You’d do well to put your customers first and not a dishonest dollar. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Second time getting service at the location and would definitely not recommend to anyone. There is absolutely no communication here, when you do get someone’s attention there is conflicting information. The service text message system is not working, you need to disable it until a proper QA is complete. Adds to the confusion, then when I called no one is available. I asked to be notified by phone when my car was ready for pickup. No call, I received two text messages. One said your car is ready. The next said, we’ll let you know when your car is ready. Never feel that I’m getting the type of service I’m paying for at this business. Nor do I feel confident I’m getting the repairs I need.

The only draw back I had was there was no interaction to go over what was discovered once my vehicle was ready to be pick up. I had to turn back around because I noticed something that I reported wasn’t resolved. Other than that everything was above satisfactory.

LandRover is not being realistic or competitive on Service charges and parts. Prices have increased beyond what a normal cognitive human will accept. It has took me almost 12 years of always trusting LR to be reasonable and fair on service and pricing, but 2020 is a different year and I became enlightened. Personnel are great, service and servicing is normally good, but that's to be expected with a brand like JLR. Fair pricing (not the cheapest) is also is one of my expectations...alas JLR is dellusional.
