Service from the front desk was horrible! They did not fix the problems and had no idea on how to answer the question I had the day I picked up my vehicle. The day I picked up the vehicle it had the parking break on and the check engine light on also! They had to take my vehicle back to the shop twice while I was there waiting for my vehicle! I get home and the next morning the vehicle won’t start. I called Alex the manager and he said it was the starter and that he would order it, as of today I haven’t received a call from Alex or anyone at the Livermore service department. My vehicle hasn’t been drivable since that day and I’m waiting on a call! I’m so disappointed on the service there! I will wait this week, if I don’t get a call and get my vehicle fixed, I will contact my lawyer to take action. I paid almost $9,000 dollars for the service and my car is not working! I would appreciate if you fix this problem promptly before I take action. Thank you.
Great job however i cleaned off a few spots on my white interior of smudge, not so bad but the stitching was a real effort.
Service was great, communication was great, but I thought they would wash my car before returning it and when I picked it up it was dirty.
Expected proactive updates especially as it took over 2 weeks to get my car back. I was told that Body shop couldn't get in touch with me when the car was done but didn't receive any calls , voicemail ortext. Moreover, I'd expect all communication to come through the service representative. Overall, not impressed or satisfied with the experience.

Chris was our salesman he made the whole process quick and easy. Which is a little challenging with the remodel of the showroom. The entire staff was working well together. I will alway refer anyone to shop at Livermore Jaguar
This is the 7th time I’ve brought my car in in the 6 months that I’ve had it. Every month is something different. So I haven’t really enjoyed the car since I’ve had it. The car was purchased brand new and I wasn’t expecting to have this many car issues.

Very little communication after I reached out on several occasions. Held my vehicle for 11 days for a simple one hour repair. After complaining my vehicle was completed same day. Also I did not feel welcomed at all at this facility. The staff is very cold and borderline rude. I will seek another jaguar dealer in the future
The construction make a terrible parking lot a nightmare. Hrs to maintain social distancing with construction.
Although Alex and Daniel are very professional, I am very disappointed with the amount of service problems this vehicle has. I’ve only had the vehicle for 11 months and 3 months it’s been held in the service department and still has a front end problem! !
