Alex is nothing but the best service advisor.
I have always been satisfied with his customer service.
I was promised my car one day and it was not done. This went on for a few weeks. I dont know why i had to call him each day in order to find out the status of my car. If i didnt call one day then i wouldnt know what was going on, whether i was receiving my car or not.
I have been attended Service 3 times
For the last 3 Weeks: Alex with his team did not fix my car , but had promised!!!
Same problems and a lot of charges for not what I had been requested!
Overall, The service provided was Excellent. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable and he sent out timely service updates. The only complaint would be the construction making it a bit challenging trying to enter and exit the premises without damaging your vehicle. Thanks again!
Overall, satisfied with the replacement of both batteries, prices were a bit high.
Ben, my contact was very insightful and kept me updated which is more than I’ve received in past visits. Not happy with the drivers side mirror repair. Which whistles when the arm extends. Was told by Ben that the tech didn’t experience the whistle but did clean any dirt and debris that may have caused this. My car was washed but was left with a lot of dirt on the drivers side floor and side panel caused by someone there.
I always receive great service from Alex.
So far after the second time I brought the car for service everything is working fine.
Alex Nocon is the reason i come to livermore landrover. Excellent amd professional. Helps with every aspect of servicing, plus Q and A with him is outstanding.The most valuable person in the building my opinion.

It was great to work with Chris and Frank. They made car buying process very easy. Both Frank and Chris provided detailed information on the car and provided good guidance on type of warranty recommendations. Communication thru text, over the phone and in person exceeded expectations.
Great professional and pleasant attitude. Chris came on his day off to hand us the keys. My wife, kids and I, we all had great time at Land Rover Livermore.
I look forward to same experience with service and costumer care departments.
