Ben is amazing! I haven’t seen customer service like that in a long time! I hope he is my service provider every time I go. He went above and beyond when he did not have to. I really appreciated all of his efforts and I hope he is recognized for his hard work and customer service skills. I told him all my gripes about my previous experience at the service department and he made sure to rectify all of them. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!
I left Daniel a message a few days ago regarding my service and maintenance agreement that I paid $5200 for and he has not responded to my message. This is very frustrating when you can’t get the help to answer a simple question. It is also very hard to get in contact with anyone at the facility. The calls do not get answered right away.

I am just disappointed that a new car that I bought from your dealership and I have barely driven about 1000 plus miles had a defective part. What else could be wrong with the car, I wonder. I’ve had great experience with my new cars in the past. This is the first time that I bought a new car, barely driven it and had to change a major part.
This shouldn’t happen. Why was this defective car sold as a new car? I want some answers.
