Daniel Heniez was absolutely the best service writer I’ve ever experience came in for just an oil chang and he found some issues with the car and helped get the car back to normal I appreciate the entire team and staff for assisting with this repair I know it’s a very common repair but he filled all the needs and did the best to make it right thank you once again everyone at land rover very helpful and polite

The car was towed to your shop on Friday afternoon. It was diagnosed that the battery was bad. I got a call that afternoon to pick the car up. I asked if they checked the alternator, and the service person said that the tech did a thorough check of the electrical system, including a test / check of the alternator.
We picked the car up Saturday and wife drove the car home and parked it. Sunday she went to the store and the same alert came up saying “charging default- start car.”
So Monday morning the same thing happened and my wife was stranded on the road again.
She had it towed back again. Suddenly they found a bad alternator. Leaks from the cooling system, replaced the water pump, etc. 5 days later we received the vehicle.
We were not impressed with the half **** trouble shooting of my car so that they can get their weekend started.
Iff the vehicle was at your shop longer in order to do a full diagnoses You wouldn’t be receiving this comment.
Honestly we were looking at some of the vehicles in show room, but we are apprehensive to buy another Jaguar or Land Rover.because of this experience .

My car got towed at night time to your location and was very happy it was fixed the next day.

Sorry to say that when I buy does a Range Rover from you guys you guys super nice but when I have a car issues we have so many problems they always give me a rental car they don’t give me same car and I have to wait over the last couple hours to get my car estimate.
Pls if I pay that much I don’t need my car in yours shop.

After getting my vehicle dropped off I noticed the left side car handles still loose and right side of car handles nice and snug no play. I waited a couple of days to try out A/C and the vinegar smell continues . The spray service did not work.Can you please do a little more research to resolve this problem.
