the technician who service my vehicle overfill the motor oil..the manual stated that it should not be driven so I resorted to buying a siphoning gadget at local autostore and remedy the problem myself. I'm able to extract 2 and half pint of dark oil just to barely make it to normal range. I'm under the impression that the old motor oil hasn't been fully drained and it was mixed with the new oil.
Again let me reiterate that this is not Ben's fault for he could not be more accomodating and no way blame him for anything. Your technician however is a different story. Perhaps a more attention to details might help..for Pete's sake it's just a simple oil change.
Everything was horrible. I finally got my car back after months and now the driver’s seat does not operate. Also, there is a large scratch in the b pillar.
