I waited a long time and then they told me my car was ready and the car wouldn’t start and it turned out they put the new battery I paid for not another car and I had to wait even longer
RJ was great -- very friendly, efficient. It was very hard to make an appointment, either online or by phone. I had to try multiple times over two days to make an appointment.

Dealership lost the paperwork and contacted us at 12:30 to ask why our car was in the service lane. After several phone calls back and forth Katie took over and was able to find the paperwork and get our car serviced later that day.
