RJ was great! The service dept in Livermore is fantastic! They sent the videos which was nice to see what was actually done and RJ was super easy to get a hold of and really was attentive and his follow through was excellent. Will continue to get my van serviced there. Everyone I encountered in the service dept was great. Friendly, genuine, and great customer service. Thank you RJ!
Katie was the best! It’s been WAY too long since we last did car maintenance. She made me feel comfortable and I’m SO glad the service team was able to squeeze us in before our road trip. I feel like my family is safer now, looking forward to my next oil change!
I waited 2 hours for a 45 minute procedure for a total of 3 hours. Making an appointment sets expectations of service. I was told that the appointment was for their convenience so they don’t have “50 people trying to check in all at once”. I won’t be inconveniencing them anymore

RJ and the service technician provided great service and it was easy working with RJ as we worked our way through getting all of the problems fixed on our Odyssey that the service technician found. We were especially impressed with the video and explanation of problems discovered done by the service technician and sent to us. It coincided perfectly with the multi-colored service checklist that was also texted to us. We have not experienced this level of service and use of available communications to technology at any Honda dealership. We most definitely would bring our 2005 Honda Odyssey back to Livermore Honda for service.
