I think service tech knew I was stressed about cost of repair, even though it was probably s small repair. He gave me a quote that was very helpful to my budget, and the car was finished so quickly even without appt. It’s hard being a single senior woman whose husband use to handle all car issues. I feel I can go to Livermore Honda and be treated kindly and honestly!
