Was not updating me regarding my car. On the first day, did not let me know my car wasn't going to be ready until the next day. I have a concern which I didn't get an honest reply

RJ was very detailed on explaining the components of service. He went overboard to pick me up since the shuttle driver was not available later in the evening. I highly recommend him the the great job he is doing. Have been servicing my cars in so many diff service centers , don’t recall had such a pleasant experience. Good luck to RJ .
RJ didn’t return my calls for 2 days. I wanted to know why my 2020 Pilot had low Freon and he never called me back to explain why out was low and why they drained the old and replaced it w/ new Freon. Is there a leak? V poor communication after vehicle was returned. Pls have manager call me to explain what happened or what was diagnosed and why” high pressure side too low, recover, evac, charge”, why was that?
I was very satisfied with Katie’s help and knowledge in answering my questions. She explained in detail my Honda CR V results for future repairs and service in detail. I appreciated that.

One of the tires on my car had a nail and it was not repairable so the the tire was replaced. However I noticed that the rim was also replaced with an older rim. What happened to the original rim?
He was nice. Got a ride both ways which was great. But, I waited all day and I called to get status a few minutes before closing. The parts on "backorder" can be purchased on Amazon Prime. Shall I grab them and bring them to you?
Very thing was great. But for three days I called ( before taking my car in ) and no one answered. I don't want to complain just want you to be Aware..

RJ was excellent to work with. I was on a limited time schedule because I had to go to work, to have my A17 service done and he made sure the service staff and mechanics got started on my vehicle right away. My car was done right on time!! I was so happy and impressed with how he was able to keep me on time for work and made sure my car got the full service completed.
