Overall I’m very satisfied about taking care my car recall. My only suggestion I have is next time I bring my car for service to have the service team call me in advance to pick up my car I have a very bad experience when after 4 pm I don’t received a call from the service team I have to call the dealer 3 times until I got on hold with one service team to ask if my car was ready doing all this the time came up to almost 5 pm the service department was almost closing and I have to rush to find a ride with my coworker to take me to the dealer it was a very bad experience because I never received a txt message about my car was ready . I live all the way to Stockton and I was so worry.
Katie was very pleasant to work with. She made sure I had my ride home and texted me just about the time I wondered if I’d get my car back soon.
Came in from out of town without an appointment RJ got me in & out in good time.
RJ was the absolute best! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made my first service of my TYPE R so easy. I wish every Honda had an RJ! Truly an exceptional service advisor. Keep this guy as long as you can Honda. He is truly one of a kind. I will be servicing exclusively through him as long as I can. What an amazing experience. Also the cashier JEN was very easy to talk to and made my purchase experience so good that I spent even more money in parts department! Give both of them a raise! Quality deserves to be rewarded. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Katie was great to work with! I really appreciated how she kept my informed of what services would be performed in my vehicle and when it was ready for pick-up. In the past, communications from the Honda team have been hit or miss, so I really noticed and appreciated the timely updates.
RJ was great. He is professional and personal. But he is overworked. He needs a secretary or assistant. It seems he's the only service representative working. My car was done but because he's so busy, I had to wait just for my paperwork and to pay. Usually, I'm waiting for my car to be worked on and done, not for paperwork. The foreman Tony was great too. He promised to get my car done in time and he did it. I hope management finds a way to be more effective so customers aren't having to wait for paperwork. I've been Honda service customer for over 15 years in 3 states and never had to wait for the service rep. Please get RJ the assistance he needs to do his work efficiently. You have 2 amazing employees, RJ and Tony but they don't seem supported by management.
I'm satisfied with the service experience with RJ Donn Ian Cruz. But Im still observing the performance of the AC part replacement on my Honda Odyssey. I was not told if there is a warranty on this service. Hopefully The AC system will perform well to my expectation. Thank.you.

I am ONLY!!!! Satisfied with Katie and the work done on my vehicle. I have been bringing 2 of my vehicles there since 2010. I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the service department. Left numerous messages, no response. I finally was able to of course reach someone in your Sales Department, who physically walked over to service to have someone call me. Katie did great with Customer Service Recovery and Follow Up. I bring my vehicles to you from Lathrop. If I experience this again, I will find a new mechanic, or service center!
