I have to called the service department to follow up on the progress of my vehicle and the phone rings for 5 minutes or longer before a live person picks up the phone. I do not get a call back from my service rep as to how much longer it would take to repair the vehicle and I have to take the effort to call back to find out when the vehicle is ready. I am very dissatisfied with the service.
Glad I decided to do the pre performance inspection at an independent dealer. Saved me from buying a real lemon.

First, I made an appointment a week ago and when I get there at 8 :00 am lone they told me, they didn’t had my paperwork and no appointment. But they took me in, they said it will take 3 hour for my service, I had to get a ride home from my husband. I waited for my card all day picked it up at 4:00pm.
I have bought 2 porsches here and they have been terrific both on the sales and the service. This is the only place to go to.
The entire team, including Kayla, was professional, pleasant and accommodating.

I never have to question if I am being treated honestly and fairly, as I can tell upfront that I am. That says a lot to me about a car dealership, as unfortunately that has not always been my experience with other past dealerships.
