Misleading estimates. Preliminary estimate approximately $400 , final cost over $ 1, 300. I won’t be back to Santa Margarita for any more service.

Fredy is great!! He gets busy. I asked the receptionist to please find someone to determine if my car was ready. Most of us need rides to get our car serviced and this was basic. I was a few minutes away. She refused so we drove home. Half an hour later I get a call and text it was ready. Now I needed yet another ride all the way back. Why? When I arrived, another service rep grabbed the papers and I was out. Took a minute. There have always been multiple advisors sitting at the desk. Not at all happy with the receptionist!!
