I am so impressed with the outstanding customer service Ford employees give to their customers. They make you feel so welcome, you want to keep coming back. The employees check on you and always ask if you need anything. You know when a team of employees are treated well and appreciated because they show that back to the customers. What ever your doing Ford, keep doing it!

Claire has always been and continues to be the reason I am a repeat customer at Ford. I feel like I don’t need to “keep track” of my cars maintenance because she does it! She always reminds me and makes it easy to bring my car in. You have the most amazing, caring employee!

Jacob is always professional and courteous. He’s also always considerate to my teenage son who is the driver of the Mustang and doesn’t talk down to him, but is friendly to him. He does a great job explaining the recommendations thoroughly to both of us. I’m considering buying my daughter a car from your dealership because of the great service.
