Both the website and the app couldn't schedule the service and then when I called around 3pm no one answered nor called me back for me to schedule my oil change. This led me to have to drive to the dealership to schedule my appointment

I am saddened with how much you charge for parts I found the same part for a lot less than your cost and labor is just simply over priced. You cannot justify 550.00 worth of labor for a job that would definitely would not take longer than 1 hour. I found a video on you tube and I can definitely do it myself. In 2 hours at the.most.

Miguel did a great job, keeping us informed about the repair at each step of the process. . Letting us know why the parts were not available and letting us know when we could expect the parts that were needed to replace the parts that were defective. As a customer we understand that standing behind your product is very important, we the customer e expect that when we buy a product we only want the product to do as promised . And when the product fails and leaves the customer stranded you the manufacturer, distributor or retailer will do whatever is needed to make it right is greatly appreciated.
