I won’t be returning. Jacob gave me a quote to have the rotors smoothed out for $500. It would’ve been better if he mentioned that the brake pads would be replaced as well. After I received my vehicle not having done any repairs or service done, I called Villa Ford of Orange, and received an estimate of $279 to have the brake pads replaced, and the rotors smoothed. It didn’t make sense for Jacob to tell the rotors should be balanced, yet keep the same brake pads that are causing the problem of unbalanced/uneven rotors. I was greatly disappointed with the lack of thoroughness and pricing discrepancy at this dealership. The gentleman at the parts shop inside the dealership was very kind. It was unfortunate there is a lack of inventory to get my two front mud ruts replaced. An older sales representative had an unpleasant and foul demeanor when he asked me if he could help me when I told him I was waiting for my Lyft. Overall, I appreciate the complementary Lyft. I hope others will have better experiences. Thank you.

Everything was great other than I was told I needed to replace the brake fluid which was just replaced a couple months earlier.
