Santa Margarita Ford was the only dealership to answer my call after calling 2 other Service departments. Upon arrival it was a very professional and proficient process compared to other dealerships that I have worked with (not to throw anybody under the bus). They actually took care of me and even worked out a ride to get me back home as the vehicle that I turned in is my only source of transportation. I received constant updates on the status of the vehicle and was completely aware of everything that was going on. In a matter of 24 hours, maybe even less, the vehicle was ready for pickup, and I was on my merry way with all my problems resolved. Definitely will recommend this dealership to any my friends or family members that needs their vehicle serviced in the future. Thank you.

Sal is always very pleasant to work with and provides excellent customer service, which I greatly appreciate. He is one of the reasons I keep coming back to get my vehicle serviced there.

Had my car in on Monday for two broken hoses. The next afternoon I picked my car only to have my change oil light come on. We like to keep with one service rep so they get to know us and our car. Clare is that rep but she was out when we had to drop off our car. Sal was our service rep. Clare always checks our records and will give us a heads up for things like that. Sal didn’t catch it. I dropped off my car on Wednesday for the oil change and they found two different leeks. Our question is why weren’t those leeks found on Monday, along with the fact that my car was due for an oil change. Especially when they were old leeks as well. It was a complete waste of our time. Sal mentioned it would take 5 days to repair the leeks. I spoke with Sal I could not be without a car for that long and would need a loaner car. I told him Clare always gets me a car and he responded, “interesting.” After much push and shove on my part he called and gave me a loaner car. We have a recurring loud grinding sound coming from the steering and drive shaft of the car but no one has addressed that either. Again our car will have to go back in for that repair and it will be a long repair so I will need a loaner car and again your department service reps, minus Clare will doubt me and tell me I have to wait and see if they can get one. We are very frustrated with all of this.

Very thankful for Freddie. He always takes such good care of us. We appreciate the excellent service. He gives to our family. We highly recommend Freddy for the excellent outstanding professional service. The Sidotii Family
