All good with service. My only questions relate to the activities wording on the invoice. A. Name of Technician, Work Ticket # as ‘tag #’; license no. ‘blank’, color of vehicle ‘unknown’. B. ‘ Multi Point Inspection’ performed. No information on scope of that service. No description of new tire ‘make, model’ (I will look at tire). The vehicle drives great! Thank you

Not too interested in pursuing a purchase or lease right now. I didn’t have a good experience when my previous lease (2020 VW Jetta) was purchased and renewed with my current lease (2021 VW Jetta). I am not pleased with that dealer, newly owned as I was with the original dealer from 2004 - 2021.

Katarinna provided outstanding customer service and excellent communication throughout our whole service experience. We even witnessed her dealing with an unruly customer who was upset with something that had nothing to do with her account. She remained professional and courteous.
