Everything was done on time.
Service was good, building was clean, staff was welcoming and professional, just wish prices was cheaper, especially if you work for the company and brought a very expensive vehicle from said company.

Kim has been a pleasure to work with, I deal with tough customers and I understand what it’s like to stay calm and take care of your customers when they are upset, this trip I was that upset customer and Kimberly and Alex are just amazing and a pleasure to work with, they made me feel better about my issues and just completely turned my mood around and got my car raven care of fast, and the video feature is an amazing tool to keep your customers feeling good about their mechanics, thank you guys and cheers for great team work
Please let me be clear…Deja May has provided STELLAR service! My complaint is the parts department gave her erroneous information as to when the part for my vehicle would arrive, and she relayed that information to me. When providing information, the parts department should have relayed to her the long-term delivery date (Monday) instead of saying within the next 24-hours. I was frustrated hearing today that my part could possibly be delivered on Monday after being told it would be arriving today! I would’ve rather heard the truth versus being given what I believe is false information and then Deja May felt like she did something wrong when all she did was RELAY the information given to her!
Typically following a service the car is washed.

Reps don't listen to the customer.
It was easy to make the service appointment. I was taken in immediately and the car was worked on promptly. The technicians total care to put on covers for the seat, steering wheel and floor mat to ensure the car stays clean. Excellent service
They didn’t know why I was there and it took over three hours to get back my car.
Kimberly was fantastic, but I picked up my car from the oil change I had just pulled out and noticed the check engine light was on. So I had to turn around and go back. After waiting 45 minutes they finally brought it back to me and it came on because the oil cap was sealed properly.
Great service. I thought you used to have a Courtesy Van. What happened to that service?
Communication wasn't great, I had to call 4 times to get an update.
