We waited for 2 hours after our appointment and check in before we ever received the walk around video. Then another 2 hours before the job was completed, just an oil change and alignment. The wifi was in and out, no vending machines to purchase snacks, no offer of a loaner or shuttle service. Very disappointed. We looked at the new inventory. The prices are in the same ballpark as Audi and other high end autos that give much better service to the repair/maintenance customers. I think our next vehicle will be from them.

I came in at 830am to get an oil change service to wait for my vehicle . Upon arrival the new advisor advised me there was a light the driver assistance light on the dash . They could run a diagnostic check for $210 , I advised her that issue has been there since I purchased the vehicle & is documented because I've also advised other service advisors of the issues who for obvious reasons are no longer there . Therefore I advised her why should I pay for something I’ve been consistently documenting instead of her looking it up she advises well your warranty just finished in May . I do have the receipts in my phone , from then on I knew what type of experience I would encounter , prior to waiting for service I let Deja know I would be here but would go cross the street to run a quick errand & return . I came back , car still not complete I was in the lobby waiting instead of the service advisor coming to get me she called my cell & advised me of my car status . It took over 4 hours for an oil change the recommended services video had no sound & I never received the text to okay any services . My car was just brought back up without the text being sent , no video audio . Oh and get this the service guy forgot to put my wheel lock back . So if I catch a flat I’m screwed . After speaking with the manager, who was very nice he apologized and asked me to come back in for the required service . I am almost afraid to go back as my experience has not been the best . I understand the change of employees / training because everyone that’s worked were a new at one point in life . What I don’t like is excuses , I work for one of the top Banks and have been there over 14 years , making it right for the customer should always be the approach .

Very professional and reliable. Fulfilled any and all request I have made when bringing my car in and needing a loaner during and even after hours. Great communication throughout service. This is my third time bringing my car in for the same issue this month and Rolando has made sure I have been taken care of each time, despite the unfortunate and unacceptable situation. 10/10 Rolando!!
