Kim is the best!!! I’ve had many different service advisors and she has been the first that I feel like actually cares for her customers!!! I appreciate her thoughtfulness and follow up of every step with my cars service. She deserves all the kudos!!! (And a raise)

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Volkswagen of Brandon for a year and Kimberly is the most professional and understanding service advisor I’ve had within that time. My vehicle had warranty work done and the service technicians did an great job. Considering the sunroof had to be removed in order to replace the sunroof shade, I’m happy to see everything is in working order and my interior / exterior has no scratches.
Upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed the driver’s mirror was distorting objects. I turned around to find out why my drivers side mirror seemed different and Kimberly took the time to explain the mirror was replaced after the tech accidentally broke it. (IN NO WAY AM I UPSET THAT MY MIRROR BROKE AS THE PART WAS REPLACED WITH OEM) Kimberly offered to order a replacement mirror as the replacement had a distortion in the glass. I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me and hope this review expresses that.

Customer service was great. I'm worried as the screen showed grainy like low resolution a couple of times. I never has this issue prior to service.

Rolando was very honest and forthright in his assessment of my VW service. It was alike being back at Reeves Tampa (2004-2020). Manufacturing of all vehicles can have mistakes. I expressed to Rolando the only miscommunication was the dealer accepting my vehicle with no timeframe for discovering the problem.
