I did tell them that my right brake light bulb is out because it keeps popping up when I put my foot on brake. Asked if they could check it was told yes but they didn’t and now I have to get it done because it pops up on my dash board. Now the oil change and the battery cable I’m totally satisfied with. Thank you for that
Frankie was on top of things from the beginning. I was extremely happy with the communication and how everything was handled.
Called to set an appointment to fix recalls on vehicle and to get an oil change . Was on premises waiting for a little over two hours until I obtained my vehicle and found out that the oil change was not completed. I spoke with the maintenance representative and he told me that nothing was scheduled for an oil change.
Which is creating me to take time off work again to come get my vehicle serviced.

I was satisfied with the customer service and the work that was done on my vehicle. I had a bad experience last time and I informed the service person of my previous negative experience. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service on this trip. I appreciated his constant communication with me, his professionalism and his customer service.

I feel like Jim Burke Ford has zero empathy for the consumer. It’s funny how I paid off my truck and I have already spent $2,000 in repairs and still there are items that still need fixed. I took my truck in about one month ago and spent $1,500. One month goes by and bam, my ac goes out. They did a multi point inspection the month prior and for some “odd” reason they couldn’t find this issue which is difficult to believe. Every time I take my truck in it costs me $140 and I have to trust the word of Ford mechanics who could be feeding a bunch of misinformation just to get more money. When I brought my truck in to fix the ac, I was told it would cost in the neighborhood of $4,400 dollars! What?!? I went to Rock Auto online and the parts alone don’t even cost 25% of that value so it seems that there are kickbacks happening somewhere and customers are getting plummeted with ridiculous parts. I have spoke to mechanics around town and one aptly stated, “Are your driving a Rolls Royce?” I told him it was a Ford and it became laughable. It has become laughable for all mechanics. I will end this comment like I told Frankie, “You will never see me again because I will never use your service again or by a Ford.”
Ida was phenomenal. She updated me on the progress of my vehicle several times and promptly arranged transportation home for me and back to the dealership. She called to reassure me everything was taken care of. Thank you, Ida. Outstanding employee!!
