Almost everything was great.
The real disappointment was the quality of the rental can I received when dropping off my car for service. I dropped off a luxury For Expedition and got a tiny, economical car to drive. What a drastic difference.

Absolutely not. You did not provide a solution to what was clearly a Ford problem and just gave up and returned the vehicle to us unrepaired. Not acceptable.

Excellent service, very professional staff
I have used your service many times over the last year‘s and I have been completely satisfied with it. This time, the service was probably 50% of what I expected. There was no sticker indicating when the next service would be, I asked for tire rotation, they said they could not do it because the back tires were at 7/32 and they couldn’t get the hub nuts off. The worst thing they didn’t do in my opinion when I asked for a check on my brakes I was prepared to have new brakes installed I was also prepared to have two new tires installed and I asked the gentleman at the counter to call me if they had any problems. The only call I received was a notice that my car was ready for pick up. My wife went to pick up the car, she was completely upset because of the work that wasn’t done that she had requested. We are currently looking for a place or shop that will sell us two new tires and check and/or replace the brakes as needed.
